Shipping and Delivery Terms
1. Shipping Areas
We deliver our products to customers within the European Union (EU) and to selected countries worldwide.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process based on the weight of the shipment and the country of delivery.
3. Taxes, customs duties, and fees (important for third countries!)
- Within the EU: As we participate in the OSS procedure, the applicable sales tax for your country of delivery is already included in the final price. No customs duties are payable.
- Outside the EU (e.g., UK, Switzerland, Australia): Prices are displayed in the shop without German VAT. Please note that local import sales taxes, customs duties, and processing fees may apply when importing into your country. These costs are not charged by us, but by the respective customs authorities or the shipping service provider and are to be borne by the buyer. We use Incoterm DAP.
4. Delivery times
Delivery times are in addition to the manufacturing time (several weeks for custom mixers). The pure delivery time from the date of dispatch is approximately:
- Germany: approx. 2–5 business days.
- EU: approx. 5–10 business days.
- International: approx. 10–21 business days (depending on customs clearance).
5. Shipping service provider
We ship our goods with DHL as standard. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
